The Cavender Auto Family is one of the nation's top 50 Automotive groups that market new and used cars. Headquartered in San Antonio, the Cavender family has been Making Confidence Happen for customers for more than 80 years. In September 2021, they expanded the business to West Texas. By May 2022, they expanded to Oklahoma. While their inventory is tailored to hard-working Americans, their style is confident, clean, and sophisticated leaving the cheesy, overdone car salesman stigma behind—something their customers greatly appreciate.

For this specific project, we were tasked with launching the Cavender Certified Used Inventory Program. Targeting audiences in West Texas and Oklahoma, we focused on generating awareness of the new program and increasing car leads.

We developed a full-scale campaign to educate and raise awareness about Cavender’s Certified program. Our approach spanned a variety of platforms where we pushed confidence in Cavender's Auto Family.


"Confidence is Cavender" has been the continual message with this Auto Family. Implementing this strategy meant connecting the confidence potential clients already had with Cavender's certified inventory and educating the consumer about the benefits of the program. To do this, we utilized all digital and traditional tactics available, including:

The full-scale campaign ran for about six weeks. During that time, social ads received over 640,000 views and 21,000 clicks. Over 750,000 people viewed the ad and it gained over 3.1 Million impressions. Needless to say, the word about Cavender's Certified Inventory is getting out there.
