Rather than following a standard launch playbook, the team prioritized building an authentic connection between 7 Brew and the Abilene community. This meant developing location-specific strategies that reflected the culture and character of West Texas while staying aligned with 7 Brew’s brand values.

 

Outreach efforts engaged a range of community groups, including local influencers, student organizations at Abilene Christian University, veteran communities tied to Dyess Air Force Base, and charitable causes. These efforts positioned 7 Brew as more than just a coffee shop, but a brand invested in the people it serves.

Our team built a detailed launch timeline, kicking off each location with a “drop” advisory that invited media to witness the stands being placed on their foundations.

These moments sparked organic excitement, with dozens of community members sharing the buzz across social media. Follow-up advisories and press releases helped secure consistent coverage from local outlets.

Each opening included a charitable tie-in to reinforce 7 Brew’s commitment to the community. Donations were made to Hendrick Children’s Hospital and West Texas Veterans Support Services, and we coordinated coffee deliveries for teachers and military personnel at Dyess Air Force Base. These efforts helped position 7 Brew as a brand that gives back.

Primitive helped 7 Brew achieve its most successful franchise launch to date, with one Abilene location hitting a record $21,000 in sales on opening day!

 

Our strategy sparked a wave of community buzz, fueled by local media coverage, influencer engagement, and dozens of organic posts from excited residents. This momentum carried well beyond launch week, creating lasting demand and positioning 7 Brew as a standout brand in West Texas.
