What You'll Do
Build Relationships & Serve Clients
Take ownership of your accounts — you’ll steer the ship for your clients, ensuring progress, clarity, and results while collaborating closely with fellow Account Managers and Client Strategists.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring communication is clear, timely, and professional.
- Help facilitate client meetings and document action items, decisions, and next steps.
- Build trust through reliability, responsiveness, and follow-through.
- Contribute to a positive, seamless client experience that reflects Primitive’s values.
Drive Operational Efficiency
- Collaborate with Project Managers to keep deliverables, priorities, and timelines organized.
- Maintain accurate dashboards, project updates, and communication logs.
- Gather, summarize, and share client feedback with internal teams quickly and clearly.
- Participate in internal planning sessions to support workload and scope management.
- Ensure accountability and clarity across cross-functional teams.
Deliver Outcomes That Matter
- Partner with internal teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet client expectations.
- Support renewal, reporting, and billing accuracy through clear documentation and coordination.
- Anticipate potential issues, flag blockers, and contribute to solutions.
- Maintain awareness of client goals and ensure deliverables align with those objectives.

What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, account management, communications, or related fields (internship experience counts!).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and desire to learn.
- Comfort with digital tools (ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, HubSpot a plus).
