What You'll Do

Genuine Partners

Build Relationships & Serve Clients

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and the internal team from Discovery Workshops to Projects to Ongoing Retainers.

  • Lead communication across email, Slack, meetings, and daily updates with responsiveness, reliability, and professionalism.

  • Build trust by managing expectations and delivering consistently.

  • Create a seamless, positive client experience through empathy and clarity.

 

Relentless Excellence

Drive Operational Efficiency

  • Collaborate with Project Managers to manage project flow, priorities, deliverables, and approvals.

  • Keep dashboards and timelines updated across accounts.

  • Gather and share client feedback efficiently to reduce bottlenecks for creative and implementation teams.

  • Prepare and lead internal and external meetings with clear agendas and follow-ups.

  • Ensure accountability and task ownership across teams.

Deliver Outcomes That Matter

  • Ensure deliverables are on time and priorities are completed or adjusted proactively.

  • Support scope management, timeline adjustments, and retainer tracking in partnership with PMs.

  • Anticipate potential issues and resolve client blockers before they escalate.

  • Surface insights and feedback that empower Strategists and the team to optimize performance.
