This position will support the Account Management team and organization by creating social media content suitable for each client's unique set of platforms and audience groups. You will thrive in this role if you are able to meet strict deadlines, produce highly engaging and educational social content, communicate with Account Managers effectively, and collaborate on strategy with various team members. We are looking for someone who is not only creative but is an exceptional writer and storyteller. This role offers the autonomy to work remotely and independently, managing your own time, schedule, and execution of work.

COO, AM Team
Develop and support social media content creation for 5-10 social media accounts.
Create various forms of social media content—text captions, videos, and images—suitable for the various social media platforms, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Act as a backend support and alley to the Account Manager directly managing the social account
Develop monthly strategies for each assigned client
Regularly attend, when available, monthly brainstorming sessions and client strategy meetings
Each month develop social calendars for each client including all copy, design, and strategic approaches that coincide with the accounts goals and objectives.
Utilize the Primitive tool stack to deliver calendars for approval for the AM to pass off to each client
Execute calendars by the third week of each month prior to the content topic
Ex: January Content Calendar is Due the Third Week in December
Make timely revisions to calendars as requested by AM or client and submit for approval
Regularly monitor social for each assigned client and support in responding to reviews
Support one-off requests that can be managed under a reasonable timeline of 2-7 days (any immediate requests are to be supported directly by the AM)
